You can enjoy shopping in the two largest malls in the area, grab a bite in the many restaurants, or simply chill out in one of the many parks and recreation centers in booming North Charleston. Itching for a fore? The Golf Club at Wescott Plantation is a 27-hole course that has been masterfully crafted in a way that you feel secluded and one with nature.
If you're tired of land, just around the bend are Lakes Marion and Moultrie where you can enjoy great fresh water fishing. For salt water fish, opening to the vast Atlantic Ocean is Charleston Harbor which is perfect for catching Red Drum, the best game in the area that's locally called Spottails.
